Lynton Hall - Location
Lynton Hall is located just 45 minutes south of Durban airport in
KwaZulu Natal, South Africa . A pleasant car journey on well-maintained
national roads, it is situated a short distance from the East Coast and
Indian Ocean. There are many areas of special interest in and around
Lynton Hall. Abundant flora and fauna is the Hall mark and uniquely, we
have 21 superior golf courses within a one hour radius.
Lynton Hall - Accommodation Lynton Hall -Inkanyezi Suite (Superior Suite) Inkanyezi has windows overlooking the garden with views to the rolling hills beyond. It is furnished in Indian colonial style with a much requested king sized four-poster Indian mahogany bed. The room also has a beautiful superior en-suite bathroom accommodating a separate bath and shower. Lynton Hall -Tower Suite (Superior
Suite) Lying in the bath one can gaze up at the stars through the heritage roof lights. Windows on two sides the bedroom overlooks the entire property down to the ocean and is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The suite, situated on the 2nd floor of the Manor House, comes equipped with heated towel rail, hair dryer, television (with DSTV), mini-bar and private safe. It also has air-conditioning and fans.
A beautiful North-facing suite with views across the wide lawns towards the swimming pool. One can soak up the luxury of the king size four-poster mahogany bed and rise listening to the birds awaken with the first rays of the sun.

Reynolds Suite (Luxury Suite)
This suite is named after the golf course, which it overlooks. With breathtaking views of the grounds, tennis court and onward to the Indian Ocean, the Umdoni is a suite for those who fancy an absolute treat. The bed itself is in the Indian colonial style of being very elevated, needing a stepping stool to climb up onto it. It has a comfortable sitting area for those who need time to relax indoors and opens into a spacious, open plan bathroom containing bath/shower and double hand basins. Lynton Hall - Umhlali Suite (Junior Suite) This suite is tastefully decorated with an Indian Raj-period antique bed. North-facing, with views across the northern lawns, this suite also contains a beautiful bathroom with double hand basins and separate bath and shower. Lynton Hall - Umgai Suite (Luxury Suite) The Umgai is a very special, large and spacious suite with a king size four-poster Indian Raj bed. Its outlook is South down the expansive grounds towards the new luxury suite building and on towards the stables. The large bathroom has double basins with a separate ball and claw bath and shower. This room can accommodate an additional ¾ bed should you prefer this option.

(Luxury Suite)
The magnificent antique Indian teak arch dominates this superior suite, separating the bedroom from the lounge and fireplace. It has a king size four-poster South Indian antique bed, with only the finest linen made up in Lynton Hall 's signature style. The spacious bathroom is fitted with double hand basins and separate bath and shower. It has magnificent views of the western and southern garden, carriage house, labour bell and water gardens. Lynton Hall - Rowarth Suite (Junior Suite) This suite is most notable for its splendid views over the gardens and objects d'art scattered into loose collections around the room. It offers guests a beautiful queen sized brass bed and opens into a spacious en-suite bathroom with double basins and bath/shower. Lynton Hall -Molly Suite (Superior Suite) The suite has been created in the cottage originally built for the first manager of the estate. The Molly Suite is decorated in subtle earth tones and features an oval stone bath, oversized walk-in shower, has a Cape Dutch cupboard original to the house and furniture commissioned by well-known South African cabinet maker: Pierre Cronje Lynton Hall - Lewis Suite (Superior Suite) The suite has been created in the cottage originally built for the first manager of the estate and later inhabited by the chauffer who delivered the family’s Rolls Royce from Britain and stayed on to work at Lynton Hall for many years. The Lewis suite is decorated in
terracotta and green fabrics and features furniture specially
commissioned from Pierre Cronje All suites are equipped with heated towel rail, hair dryer, television (with DSTV), mini bar and private safe. It also has air-conditioning and a fan. Teas, coffees and other hot beverages are personally served to suit your convenience.
