Take the N12, or N4 highway to Nelspruit.
When you enter Nelspruit, turn left at the traffic light and follow the signboards towards White River
From White River, take the R40 to Hazyview.
From Hazyview, turn right (if coming from White River) onto the R536. Sign boards to Kruger National Park and Kruger Gate.
After approximately 34 km, turn left onto a dirt road to Huntington. There are a number of signs to various lodges such as Ulusaba, Idube, Exeter and of course Savanna.
Just after 8 km from the tar road, there is a road turning right, with some signposts to the various lodges and Justicia Clinic. DO NOT take this road.
At the next cross roads turn right. Here there are some stalls on your left, and a taxi rank/bus stop on the farthest right corner.
Follow this road for 1.8 km, then turn left at the T-junction.
After 600m, turn left.
1.1 km later you will arrive at Newington Gate, where you need to pay an entrance fee. Keep the slips, as you will need it on your departure.
Once through the gate, turn left and follow the signposts to Savanna Lodge, which is approximately 1 km after the gate
