Each of the six twin cottages has
its own bath, shower and deck with magnificent views of Spioenkop and the
Reserve. The décor in the rooms is simple and elegant, with exquisite hand
embroidered linens and Anglo Boer War memorabilia.

by the owner and principle battlefield guide - Andrew Ardington, in
partnership with David and Nicky Rattray of Fugitives’ Drift. Colonial
design and materials, large verandahs, a swimming pool, a library, the
relaxed atmosphere and superb food create an ideal environment in which to
escape and unwind.
