 Each house at Die Tuishuise shares its own fascinating history with quirky and unusual decorative objects, completing the experience e.g. arch imperialist, Cecil John Rhodes'  bed graces Mays' house and the Opstal , boasts a  medicine cupboard filled with old fashioned remedies, a rare and sought after collectors item.

Each house or "tuishuis" is treated as a room, so guests can escape to the past in their own house with its private lounge, kitchen, garden and some offer off street parking.

  Evening meals and breakfasts are served in the Manor house, the Victoria Manor on the corner of the street, the emphasis is on Karoo home cooking...just like granny used to cook, so forget the diet and indulge!!!
